What really qualifies and distinguishes the political regimes in their deepest nature, and that marks the transition from one to another, is the attitude of front of ' equality, the political value of all the most important among all, however, now the most neglected, sometimes even ridiculed, left and right. Because the most important? Because by the equality depend on everyone else. Rather, it depends on the reversal in their hand. - Without equality, liberty is to secure the arrogance of the strong, that as oppression of the weak.
- Without equality, society, divided into layers, it becomes the hierarchy.
- Without equality, the changing nature of rights: for those who are above, become privileged and, for those who are down, grants or charity.
